🛍️ Shopping & Product Browsing

Question Answer
How do I find a product quickly? Use the Search bar at the top of any page. Prefer browsing? Hover over Shop by Sport in the main menu to filter by baseball, basketball, football, hockey and more.
Can I save items for later? Yes—tap ♡ Add to Wishlist on any product page. Your saved items live under My Account › Wishlist so you can pick up where you left off.
How do I know an item is in stock? Each product page shows real-time status:
• In Stock: you’ll see an Add to Cart button.
• Out of Stock: a box appears to enter your email for a back-in-stock alert.
Do I have to create an account to buy? No. Guest Checkout is available—just enter shipping & payment details. An account lets you track orders, store addresses, and unlock member-only promos.

💳 Payments & Checkout

Question Answer
Which payment methods do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Most debit cards work too.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Lacadella runs on 256-bit SSL and is PCI-DSS compliant—your card data is encrypted end-to-end.
Where do I apply a coupon? In the Coupon / Gift Card field on the checkout page—enter the code and press Apply.
What if my payment fails? You’ll see an on-screen error and an email summary. Double-check card details or try an alternate method. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we’ll troubleshoot.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I edit or cancel my order? Yes—within 24 hours of purchase. Call +1 (213) 772-6732 or email [email protected] (Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–6 :30 p.m. EST). After 24 hours the item is likely in production; at that point, wait for delivery and use our return program if needed.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Question Answer
What’s the return window? A generous 180 days from the delivery date. Items must be new, unwashed, with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping? We do—approved returns and one size/color exchange per order come with a pre-paid label.
How do I start a return? 1️⃣ Send a request via Contact Us or email [email protected] with your order #.
2️⃣ Receive your prepaid label & instructions.
3️⃣ Pack the item (include the invoice) and drop it off.
Can I exchange instead of refund? Yes—first-time size or color swaps are free. Tell us the desired variant; we’ll dispatch the replacement once the original is scanned in transit.

💵 Refunds

Question Answer
When will I see my money back? • Warehouse receives item → within 2 business days we issue the refund.
• Your bank/PayPal → 5 – 10 business days for the credit to appear. Total turnaround is usually 7 – 12 business days.
Item arrived damaged or wrong—what now? Email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or full refund—your choice. No return shipping required for our error.

🎨 Product Personalization

Many jerseys, hoodies and mugs support custom text/numbers. Look for the Personalize field on the product page. Custom work can add a few days to handling and is final sale unless we make a mistake.
