IV. COMPANY RESPONSE

Initial Review. Upon receipt of a complete notice, we will promptly acknowledge its receipt and assign a reference number.

Investigation. The Company will examine the allegations and, if warranted, remove or disable access to the material in question.

Notification. Where relevant, we will notify the party that posted, uploaded, or listed the material and may provide them with a copy of the notice.

Counter-Notice (Copyright). If material is removed under the DMCA, the affected party may submit a counter-notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the rights holder files an action seeking a court order.
V. REPEAT-INFRINGEMENT POLICY
Lacadella reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts, storefronts, or other access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
VI. FALSE CLAIMS
Submitting fraudulent or materially misleading infringement notices may expose the complaining party to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) or applicable trademark law. Please ensure the accuracy of your claim before submission.
