  • You get 24 hours after hitting “Pay Now” to freeze-frame, tweak, or nix your order—free of charge.

  • Once the clock hits 24 hours, your items dive into production or the outbound queue; at that stage all sales become final for cancel/change requests.

Tip: Messages that land outside support hours are treated as received at 9:00 AM EST the next business day—this can affect the 24-hour window, so don’t wait!


3. What Counts as a “Change”

  1. Switching size, color, or variant

  2. Editing recipient name, phone, or street address

  3. Upgrading shipping speed

  4. Splitting an order into separate shipments

(Adding new items? That’s a new order.)


4. Address Accuracy—Your Responsibility

Please double-check every line (house #, apartment #, ZIP/postcode, etc.).

  • Returned to Sender: If a parcel boomerangs back to us due to an address error, we can reship once you cover the new postage.

  • Mid-Transit Redirects: After the first 24 hours but before the carrier has the box on their truck, we may still correct an address for a US $9 re-routing fee (carrier rules apply).

6. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 U.S. banking days.

  • If you paid via Buy Now, Pay Later (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay), the refund posts to that provider; interest or service fees are governed by their terms.

  • Currency conversions are handled by your card issuer—minor variances may occur.


7. Order Status Self-Check

  1. Log in to My AccountOrders.

  2. Status key:

    • “New” → in the 24-hour grace period

    • “Processing” → being produced; no edits possible

    • “Shipped” → with carrier; trackable link active

(If you checked out as Guest, use the “Find My Order” lookup with your email and Order #.)
