Order Exchanges
Before completing your order, we strongly encourage you to double-check all selections—this includes design, size, and quantity. Because our items are made to order, we do not accept exchanges based on selection errors.
If you’ve made a mistake, you have a 24-hour window to cancel the order and place a new one. Need assistance? Contact us at [email protected], and our team will help guide you through the process.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you decide to cancel your order, simply email us at [email protected] within 24 hours, and we’ll cancel and fully refund your order.
After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled, as each item is custom-made. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 180 days of the delivery date. After this period, your order will be considered final and no refund will be processed.
Returns are approved only under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged or broken

The product received differs in size, material, or design from the order placed

An incorrect item was sent

There are significant inconsistencies between the product and its description
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been worn, washed, or altered, or for items missing their original tags. Minor, repairable thread issues or defects not due to our error are not considered valid reasons for return.
Submitting a Refund Claim
To request a return or refund, send an email to [email protected] and include the following:

Please wait for our confirmation email before sending any items back. You will receive return instructions, including the return address and specific steps to follow. Do not ship the item until you receive this confirmation.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the package is safely returned to us.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send an email confirmation and process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will include the full purchase amount and the original shipping cost.
If you do not see the refund reflected in your account within 10 to 15 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank for assistance, as processing times may vary.
Additional Notes
As of June 2025, our return and refund window remains 180 days from the date of delivery. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
All return requests must go through our support team prior to sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
