You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. After processing (typically within 1–2 business days), we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to update their system after the shipping label is created. Tracking will become available once your package is scanned into their system.
If your tracking shows no updates or your delivery is past the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Orders involving personalization or custom design may require additional production time. Design completion time depends on the complexity of the request. Delivery estimates begin only after the custom design is finished and approved.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete address information may:

Cause your package to be undeliverable
Returned packages will be sent back to the carrier’s warehouse and may be discarded. If a reshipment is needed due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages if you have requested the carrier to forward or reroute the parcel after it has left our warehouse.
